My.MU portal is a customized system built on top of PHP, Horde, and PostgreSQL to serve
as webmail, contact, calender, and notes server. My.MU was modified to serve as connector
to the existing Misamis University Computer Information System (MUCIS). With My.MU in
place, students will be able to inquire their enrolled subjects, grades, and payments using
the internet.
MUCIS is the computer system used by the accounting and registrar offices to assess enrolment,
payments, grade postings, and other student-related processes.
Course Offering is an online system that displays subjects that are set to open for a given
semester/ year. The system will present subject code, descriptive title, and day/ room
schedules. Course Offering has a navigation system that can take the user to go to a
specific semester/ year.
In the future, course offering system will be able to display pre-requisites and co-requisites
subjects.
